名前の由来ともなったラフルールとペトリュスの間にあるシャトーです。道を挟んでシャトー・ペトリュスと向かい合っている位置にあり、とてもよく似た特徴です！ポムロルの丘の東側、ラフルールとペトリュスの間（これが名前の由来）という、数々の最高のシャトーがあるところに位置するラ・フルール・ペトリュスは、最も賞賛に値するポムロルのひとつ。有名なジャン・ピエール・ムエックス社がここを買収したのは1952年。ブドウ畑は冬の凍結でほぼ壊滅状態になった1956年の後、全面的に植え替えされた。ラ・フルール・ペトリュスのワインは、ペトリュス、トロタノワ、ラトゥール・ア・ポムロルといったムエックスのほかのポムロルより、重さと舌触りが軽いが、鑑定家は、しなやかでなめらかな、絹のような舌触りとエレガントさゆえにこれを高く評価している。早く飲み頃になるのが普通で、ヴィンテージの5年ないし6年後には飲めるようになる。以前ル・ゲが所有していた老木の小区画をムエックス社がラ・フルール・ペトリュスのために購入したのと、その名前と品質と少ない生産量のために、今後高価になる傾向がある。「ラ・フルール・ペトリュス」は、畑は鉄分を多く含んだ層をベースとした、砂利の混じる深い粘土質土壌で構成され、平均樹齢35年のブドウを植えています。ブドウを手摘みで収穫した後、手と光学式選果機によって選果。除梗・破砕後、コンクリートタンクとステンレスタンクで穏やかにマセラシオンと発酵を行います。熟成は新樽比率約50%のフレンチオーク樽で16～18ヵ月間実施。清澄・濾過を経て瓶詰めします。 花開きつつある華やかなアロマが特徴。レッドチェリーやラズベリー、カシスなどの果実にフレッシュミントや濡れた石を思わせるミネラル香が重なります。口に含むと、黒トリュフやレザーといった複雑な風味が漂うニュアンスに富んだ味わい。タンニンは非常に繊細で、長い余韻を楽しめます。CHATEAU LA FLEUR PETRUSシャトー・ラ・フルール・ペトリュス生産地：フランス ボルドー ポムロル原産地呼称：AOC.
